If I could leave zero stars I would. I sent my fiance with money to get her haircut and one of the hair stylists if you would even call her that absolutely butchered her hair and they just doctored it up horribly and made it unnoticeable until she got home and it settled they didn’t charge her so there’s the first sign of something bad happening. 0 out of 10 from us. Completely unacceptable if you’re not confident don’t do the profession go cut meat and cheese at a deli not someone’s hair.

I was given a new girl still on probation without being told until after she was done cutting my hair.She said my supervisor has to check my work -The supervisor came and virtually gave me another haircut-I was told by a licensed person that salon must disclose if you are getting an intern before a haircut and not after

My stylist was so sweet & knowledgeable!!! My hair is thick, coarse, & wavy. I know it's not easy to cut. She took her time during my consultation to listen to my likes & dislikes about my hair. She recommended Sexy Hair Seal The Deal & I absolutely LOVE it!!! Thank you for making my day!!

This place does not donate hair. They give it back to you with paperwork to fill out requiring you to purchase a stamp and mail it in yourself then threaten to charge you if you the steps aren't completed.

Tatum was the best!! Wash cut and straighten and she was amazing!! && she was SO nice to talk to!! Most definitely coming back to see her!!

Took both my daughter's to get a hair cut. One is good. The other daughter hair wasn't cut right had to take somewhere else to fix it. We won't be back,treated horribly while we were there.

They butchered my hair. It was beautiful. I asked for 6 inches off and long layers. I have uneven hair and all different lengths of layers. Very unhappy. Lady said she cut hair 30 years. Never again. I’ll pay the extra at a high end salon where I know I’m not gonna look like a kid was cutting a Barbie’s hair!! Very upset

Terrible atmosphere. They acted like they were annoyed I came in. Person cutting my hair was aggressively throwing her combs into the bin. Was very awkward. I don't know what I walked into, but I won't be returning. I just don't understand why you would subject a first time customer to that kind of attitude. Before I could even say hello. There was still 1.5 hours left before closing time. I graciously tipped which I shouldn't have. I did out of respect.
