Spent thousands of dollars here and go to return a POS welding helmet and they say they can’t find the receipt for it under a commercial account. What a joke of a place Harbor freight just lost a longtime customer. Go buy Milwaukee or Kobalt. It’s worth the money! The return policy is TRASH and a hoax!

This Manager does not care about the people that support his store regularly. I brought a tool back to return and exchange. Due to an error on their end, during my purchase, I was unable to exchange my broken tool for a new one. Unbelievable!!!! I will no longer be a customer. Tools are questionable anyways.

This place is amazing. Great price on tools and huge variety and selection. They always have what I needed except tripe square sockets. I frequent this place and will continue too. One other thing my car got hit in your parking and was told your cameras are not working. Please fix them this is unacceptable to not have working surveillance.
