I've loved going to this location for over a decade now. It's always so clean and put together. The only reason I don't visit as often as I used to is because trends have changed, and so has the merchandise. But I do recommend.

For starters the employees will repeatedly walk right past you especially when you obviously look like you need help. Do I have to chase you around the store to ask for assistance? You keep making eye contact with me while i’m standing at the jewelry case, so you know I need help. I’m not standing there for fun. Then when I finally get help, the employee is literally holding the jewelry hostage I can’t even look at the item i’m interested in purchasing. Like why are you holding it while i’m trying to look at the item? I’m not going to snatch it and run out the store. Do better.

Im usually really happy with this place but Pretty sad how today went as far as the release of the scare fair funkos. It should have been handled like a con event or chase release. People line up and get to pick what they want in order. Today people lined up and as soon as the door opened people went for the pops that they usually keep behind the counter so theres no fighting like the rest of the hot topics around the area did with a ticket system instead was on the shelves and shortter people couldnt reach. I didnt get anything i was there to get and i was one of the first. I was basically trampled over and pushed for damn toys. My foot was stomped on hard because we were all on top of each other. Summit mall and many others let people whoever was in line first gets to choose. People grabbing more then the 2 limit per item and ringing out with them. I gave people some of the ones i got because they also were trampled over and i felt bad. Youv never done this in the past and always went in as a line. ?? toys arent worth getting stomped on and pushed.

The staff here are always some of the friendliest I've ever met! I love the merch and jewelry the store has to offer. Such a great place for gifts as well. My only complaint is that the plus size section is almost nonexistent. I know they have more online, but it is nice to try things on in the store sometimes like everyone else can. Their section is basically two hooks with a few hangers of random shirts/dresses on each, all random plus sizes. I think the issue is the store is simply too small for everything they have, but I feel that not having that section leaves a lot of us plus size people out and if we want the cute clothing, we HAVE to shop online and hope it fits. I would give 5 stars if they had a better section for us.

I bring my children here almost every other weekend. lol they love the store, it's definitely up to the latest trends and have great prices ? Recommend 10 outta 10 ????

The clerk was excellent, but only gave three stars because they did not have larger sizes such as 3X. They also didn't have kid clothes. If they had larger sizes, I would give a five star rating.
