We won’t be using them ever again. My husband has tried to message the lady that did the taxes and she won’t even respond. All we want are answers and we aren’t getting them from this office and we can’t even get ahold of anyone from the irs. Still waiting on our taxes and no one can seem to tell us when we will be getting them. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I legit always do my own taxes but because I needed the advance on my taxes this year I went to H and R TERRIBLE mistake!!!! Last week I got a message my taxes were submitted to the IRS, Now today I get a text saying I have an upcoming appt to submit my 1095A market place form, now I'm even more confused because I never had Marketplace.... Now she talking about sorry for the confusion I'll submit it now??? So last week when you said you did it you NEVER did it????

Your tax service in canton ohio west tusc office is terrible you had my tax information for over a week no phone calls so I called the guy was supposed to call me 10 30 this morning never called so I called again told them I will be in Monday morning to pick up my stuff she hung up on me never again will do business with your rude employees she wouldn't even take my name

My CPA, Andrea, was friendly and efficient. Being self employed could mean confusing taxes, however, I was in and out of H& R Block within a half hour! I'll definitely be returning next year.

The office manager is rude,and refused to return calls,or help at all with mistakes that were made on our taxes. She blamed me,but I provided birth certificates,and ss.cards,I did not enter the information.They charged me over 1,000 for a single,simple joint claim, and no one can explain why. They also over estimated our returns by thousands of dollars,and or made mistakes which lost us that money,and will not help us figure any of it out.We could not resolve the problems with this office,and have had to escalate our case,so hopefully we'll have answers soon.

I see a lot of people had great experiences I was not one of them. Seems like they're very friendly when it comes to taking your money, but ignore you if there are problems after you file. Somehow,they over estimated my returns,by ALOT, and in trying to figure that out I discovered they can not explain why 1 year cost 1,200, and another year cost 379,and another year cost 179..all for the same forms to be filed.They do not return calls. To finally get help,I had to go through the H&R block Facebook! the escalation team is still looking into the situation, But I've already received a 179 $ reimbursement from them for some part of the whole mess.If you chose to risk it,get your pricing upfront,and triple check everything.

I got an appointment the same day because I was struggling with doing my taxes myself. Melinda helped me and my husband and she was amazing! She did a great job and will be returning every year! Everyone there was kind and helpful.
