Worst service ever. Had appointment set and no one was even there sat outside for 45mins. Makes me never want to use hr block again! And of course you call the 800 number and they can't do anything and no one has any info or can help. Like seriously it was horrible. Don't waste your time!

Normally me and my wife do our taxes on our own. This year was a little differant so we went to our local H&R Block. We could use the tax refund advance they offer and there price of 69 dollars was fine with us.
