I am 100 percent disappointed with my drive thru experience....I go to this location on a daily basis for the company I work for....we needed a roll of nickels which you would think having a drive thru is supposed to make it convenient for your customers but instead it ended up being a total inconvenience.... to not be able to get rolled change through the drive thru is absurd.....I told the lady I have stitches in my foot and have to get surgery and still was told I had to come in for $2 worth of change then proceed to stand in line behind 7 people literally for a roll of nickels....this is absolutely ridiculous

Extreme wait times even for the smallest of transactions. This is the only branch that I have problems with.

This branch is by far the worst, after standing in line for nearly 15 minutes listening to the (very few) unhappy customer service reps discuss margaritas and how much they did not want to be there... I simply needed to exchange small federal currency for larger federal currency.. I was denied service... Long story short.. the ladies at Huntington branch located in Giant Eagle two blocks over gladly assisted me with a much more pleasant greeting and in a timely manner with absolutely zero issues.

As your customer, I am complaining about the daily grievances experienced at your ATM at the address below. (Perry Town - 5107 Tuscarawas ST Canton - OH Now I am tired and ashamed of complaining to your headquarters, but you are not ashamed of solving the problem and having the same problem every day. It happens a few times, does a problem continue every day? Whenever I go to deposit money to this ATM, I cannot deposit money because it gives a "Cash Unavailable" warning. I went at 8:30 AM in the morning had the same problem. I went at 11.40 AM, still have the same problem. Today is day 3rd day and the problem still persist.(01.14.2023) 1- Why put an ATM there if it won't be regularly looked after and taken care of? 2- If you put an ATM, why don't you look? 3- Don't you have a team to take care of these ATMs every morning and evening? I wonder how many times I have to complain for the problem to be solved? I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR BANK AT ALL!!!

Dont waste your time or money. My identity was recently stolen through the pua website when I was logging in. So i called huntington to let them know what was going on in case my account is overdrafted and the next couple weeks are going to be a little bumpy until i get all this figured out. They said no problem. Plus I had this new 250 dollar standby cash for a cushion which ive used before and paid back the full amount in a couple weeks rather than draw it out for months and pay a bunch of interest. 2 weeks later, my account was overdrawn $150 due to automatic bill pay. Turns out the $250 standby cash wasnt available for me to use because apparently you have to deposit like $700 in your account to use an emergency cash option which makes absolutely no sense to me because if i had $700 in my account, there wouldnt be any need for standby cash. Then they charged me $350 in late fees for $150. They only paid a couple of the bills i could care less about and rejected the ones from my credit cards so i was charged return check fees for those also which brought my total up to almost $500 total to borrow $150. Not to mention i pay $5 a month for maintenence fees and pay for my only checks and 0 perks. So as im in the process of closing this account, i recieve an email from huntington that was an advertisement to open a checking account and recieve $0 monthly maintenence fee and hassle free overdraft protection. Talk about seeing red! Im just glad this all happened before I started purchasing my rental properties. So like i said, dont waste your time. There are better banks out there that reward you for being with them like cash back, actual overdraft protection without fine print and not looking to capitalize during a pandemic. For example, ANY OTHER BANK on earth!

Getting a hold of someone is like pulling teeth without novocaine, and a call back is just as bad. You're lucky to even get a call back and thats after leaving more than one message after no one returning your call the first few times.. when someone answers the 1st try its like a shock to the brain. Leaves you speechless. What's the deal people... I might need to move my account.

Don't bank with Huntington! Rude. Too judgmental. Clearly I wasn't good enough to be taken seriously. Don't encourage this behavior! Bank somewhere else. There are bad people here. Lesson learned: don't ever bank with Huntington! I have never been treated with such bitterness and hostility until I entered here.

This branch is extremely busy , always has been. I come here a few times a week to drop off deposits for my store. Let me tell you as soon as I walk in the door or (drive thru) right now I am greeted by name. I have never received anything short of amazing service . They handle the rushes here with smiles on their faces. The employees at this branch are worth the wait . Favorite part of my day at work.
