Horrible experience. Rude tellers and unwilling to help. Called the main Huntington number and was informed the teller didn’t handle my issue correctly, went back to the bank and was talked to like I was an idiot. Been having problems there for years. I need to learn to go to another branch, it’s just that one is the closest for me. The one on 21 in Navarre and Hills and Dales/Whipple is top notch. If you own a business do NOT go there! They cost me to lose out on a job!

For years this was a great place to bank. Now with all the changes in Mgt. here and turn over in staff it has become an issue to deal with them each time you go in. All the tellers have changed and it is now constantly a wait and some kind of problem. Maybe a different branch is your better choice.

If I could give them zero stars I would. While most of the people I have dealt with were awesome there is atleast 1 who actually told me I can close my account and find somewhere else to bank and that's exactly what I am going to do. My account with them has been froze for a week today because they are trying to say the check from the bank account I closed to come to them is fraudulent. So not only have they froze the $8000.00 from the 100% legitimate and legal check I deposited they have also frozen the $500 I already had in the account and another $1000.00 from my last 2 paychecks that have went in while waiting for them to in freeze it. I have spoken to several people at this branch as well as corporate and was told it would take 3, 5, 7,10, 14 and 30 days before the hold is lifted. Every person I talk to doesn't know why my account is frozen and gives me a different answers as to how long it will last. Now because of them I am about to lose out on my very first home purchase as well as the $1000 or so I have already put into my new home purchase. On top of not being able to pay my phone bill or buy food for me and my kids or even thier Christmas presents. Huntington bank is a joke and I have already been looking into a new bank and better get every last penny of my money returned to me. I still have my copy of the statement before I deposited the check, a copy of the check itself, the paper stating the check was deposited and my last 2 paystubs that have been put into my account that I can't spend either. I have all of my evidence for the lawsuit if this bank causes me to lose this house and doesn't resolve this issue ASAP. ----Just an update. That all was posted 4 days ago. So after 9 days of my account being completely froze I was able to get an appointment with somebody 2 days ago on a Saturday. She somehow managed to get my account unfroze and told me when I was leaving my account was good, my card was good and all the money was in thier. Which I was able to log into my account before I left so thought everything was good. Great right? Well 20 minutes later I go to the store to buy some food to find out my card won't go through. Check my account and now my card is still frozen. Try to call back and they are already closed. Today bright and early Monday I try to call to be told they cant help me over the phone I have to come to drive thru and they wouldn't let me make an appointment to go in and talk to someone. 20 minutes of holding up a very long line behind me just to be told that it will take another business day to unfreeze my card. "Are you f******* serious". It better be unlocked tomorrow especially since I got an email reply from the ceo of huntington and they want me to call them tomorrow. There is a whole list of names under my account of all the people who have been accessing it these last few weeks and have been for the most part completely useless and I can't wait to tell the CEO to check into every single one of them.
