Don't go there, fees not explained,after going for yrs i will not return, charged almost $1000 for basic w-2 with 1 dependant, horrible experience

They tried to make me pay city tax even though I live in a township. I tried to discuss it and was assured I owed them. It took calling during a different shift to get someone who knows what they are doing. To prove that I dod not owe them.
