Matt solved the problem I’ve had for over a year with my Mavado watch within minutes. Something the other jewelers couldn’t do. The whole team at Jared’s in Canton were friendly and considerate. From now on I will only be dealing at this location. I couldn’t be more satisfied!

I have to honestly say...do not ever remember purchasing from JARED before?On a whim , I just walked in , not to look around... but more so I had men's gifts on my brain.Why is it, when one is looking intently..nothing ever is found? Crazy...but this adventure proved to be extraordinary!!!! Mathew is a "cool" individual : )Add in Chantel, and WHAM!!!!!!!My Russell had nooooo idea, and nor did I. However; opening ALL his gifts, he was speechless!Their Knowledge, Professionalism, they Listen, have Patience. They went the Extra Mile to make me Smile .....and I still am!!!!!!(Russell is floating on some cloud WAY UP ABOVE!)Thank you soooo very MUCH Canton Jared ;)

I always have a great experience when coming to Jared in Canton. Matt has ALWAYS been helpful, personable and super friendly! He helped us get my wedding band in time for our wedding 3 years ago and has helped me recently with my current purchase and repair. He’s AWESOME! As for the merchandise, it’s quality jewelry and holds up even when I probably shouldn’t be wearing it lol

We went to Jared to get my ring sized. The lady gets out a diamond tester. Then she looks at it & goes “I can’t size it because of the center stone.” We went somewhere else & sized it without any issues. The lady was extremely rude & not helpful.

We worked with Mat for a new wedding ring set and had an absolutely wonderful experience! He was so knowledgeable, explaining all of our different options within our price point. He took a picture I had for inspiration and put together a set for me that is perfect. I now have the rings of my dreams- thank you!

I had the pleasure of working with Michelle Munson through the process of creating a custom engagement ring and wedding band. While I could go into great detail about the entire process and my experience, I will say this: Michelle was a tremendous resource and asset, and the final product is absolutely amazing. I loved seeing the rings progress through each phase, and Michelle answered all my questions (which were many) kindly and helpfully. Michelle, I cannot thank you and your team enough. Coming in to upgrade my wedding set for my 20 year anniversary, and I had an amazing experience with my sales associate. Then when I returned, Mat went above and beyond to look up information for a ring I bought over 20 years ago and I am able to have it repaired under warranty. If it weren’t for him being so kind and taking the time to help me thoroughly, I would have had to pay out of pocket for it. I will definitely be back to see Mat. Thank you for your kindness, and your great smile! You made my whole day!

We dealt with Mat to purchase our wedding bands. The process was simple easy and enjoyable. He was knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable in our purchase! We ended up buying both our wedding bands that day. He has 30 plus years experience and was so nice.

Been going to Jared's for about yrs they always taken care of me and never had a problem.i have bought from earrings to watches and never had a problem.there service department has always taken care of me if there has been a slight problem the retail people have gotten on it and fixed it.

As a long time customer, my wife and I were disappointed during our visit on Saturday morning Dec 31, 2022. While we realize that this is a busy time and everyone has staffing shortages, there appears to be no method of determining a queue for assisting customers. There was no greeting or even eye contact with customers. To be completely ignored is rude and not conducive to good customer relations.
