Jax storage I will always recommend to anyone that requires a quiet and safe place to store their memorables and be able to come and go when they please. The facility is always clean and well lit at night. I've been renting here for 2 years. It started with a small unit just to hold holiday decorations and some odds and ends. Now I have 2 units due to some housing set backs. Michelle at the front desk is always very accommodating and pleasant. She and the other gal were understanding, and held great patience with me during my move and indecisive needs for storage space.

The amount of noise coming from this facility is unbearable. If you live nearby, all you can hear is beeping and metal clanging all night long. I hear it at 3 or 4 am frequently, waking me up out of sleep.

Great service. Attention to detail. Stored contents of an entire 2bdr apt for 2+ years with very minimal moisture damage, no water incursion, only 1 mouse bed and only chewed up a bit of moving blanket. Very impressed.

I am located on the outside with security systems. Not in their main facility. Prices were decent but they recently raised it $20 a month.Been there for a couple years, don't understand the sudden increase, especially during these times. I have rented several units off of them for short periods and they were very accommodating.

Prices are in line with competitors in the area, location is easily accessible, property appears well maintained, not overly busy so traffic isn't an issue.
Overall, I would recommend.

This storage place is a joke! It has ruined our stuff due to rain coming in. Stuff that my mom now 87 had collected over many years and distraught over. There has been a fire there that has burned some of the units down. Other units have been destroyed due to other things.

This is a great facility. Getting a unit is easy. The prices aren't absolutely fantastic, but well worth the money to store my lovely car. The staff is always kind when you need to talk; otherwise, you're free to roam about. The units are well conditioned, with sheeting on the inside and basic irrigation to keep your stuff dry. I have a 10x20 and it's more than enough room for my boat of a car, which is just over 19' long. I love Jax storage, and I love my unit!
