Why have a phone if not one department is going to answer. Why advertise something that is supposed to be in store if you have to have it shipped to you. So tired of online crap and just want to walk in a freaking store and buy something. Not only that only sales on online purchases

Not a good experience lately today or previous days, I can see why JCPENNEY will be going out of business soon. RUDE clerk and pick up orders and returns should not be the same line. I was buying not returning. After 40 years will be loosing my business. What a shame!

Nov 12 2024 we purchased a serta mattress at the canton center location. Got to checking reciept and it was the wrong mattress. Went back to store and found out the mattress we originally purchased was incorrectly marked. Ordered correct mattress. Matttress gets delivered nov. 22 2024 but the foundation was damaged so we sent it back. Went back to the store and reordered the foundation again. Associate reordered on tuesday . The associate redid order on the 26th. Did not put my email address in correctly so i did not get the confirmation email for the reorder so i contacted customer service and they sent me a copy of the reorder. Was called dec 9 2024 from shipper to set up delivery and supposed to get the foundation dec. 13 2024. Hope its the right one. Associate told me that he had another customer that ordered the same set and recieved a damaged foundation also. Customer service credited our bill for the inconvience. Pennys needs to up thier game when it comes to shipping and the handling of merchandise. Called customer service about the damaged foundation and they were no help at all and told me to contact someone in furniture so thats why we went back to the store. Customer service reps on the phone are worthless. Pennys at canton center has noone upstairs to wait on people. Associate named duane went over and beyond to help us. The guy was running around like a chicken with his head cut off. Have done alot of shopping there over the years.

Very very rude store. There was a sign up in the jewelry department that said take an additional 35% already reduced jewelry and I go to the register and she argues with me and did not take off the additional. I proceed to go back to jewelry and given an attitude by both an older man and an older woman arguing once more saying they cannot honor THEIR OWN SIGN! Ridiculous. Your staff needs education on how to treat people. Who wants to argue with your staff when all you were trying to do was shop in peace. Pathetic!

Dress way too small, paid 8 dollars for shipping, used 15 dollars. Return cost 8 dollars, don't get my rewards back, ended up 6 dollars in hole for this dresd that doesn't fit!!. Will never from JC Penney again!
