“We originally went to a different location and bought an engagement ring and had nothing but issues with the ring and the customer service at the other location. We decided to go to the Belden Village location in hopes that we could get some help….. Well they went way above and beyond to help us and resolve the issues at hand. Because they did such a wonderful job we decided to stick with Zales and bought both of our wedding bands (with warranties). The customer service was top notch. We worked closely with Florina and Ann (the store manager) and they made sure everything went exactly as it should and we couldn’t be happier. The assistant manager Susan wasn’t as involved in our dealings but was also very pleasant and helpful. If you go into this location, I recommend asking for Florina by name!!! 5 stars!!!”
