We were incredibly thankful to have Keith as our loan originator. Our realtor had recommended him, saying she would “trust him with her kids”, so we reached out and Rate ended up being our best mortgage option. This was my first home purchase, and Keith was exceptionally patient and helpful throughout the process. Any questions that I emailed him about, he would quickly call me to speak about the subject, even if he was on vacation or it was the weekend. We will gladly utilize his service on any future home purchase we may have.
