I had the best experience at Kempthorn buying my new Mazda CX50! I was so very pleased with the service I received from Jay, Ruth and Ian. They were extremely thorough answered all my questions. But did not pressure me to purchase the vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle, Ruth was beyond helpful with showing me all the features of the car. I so appreciate their thoroughness. I love my new car and I would recommend you going to see them if you’re in the market for a new car.

I had the best car buying experience at this dealership! I was looking for a red 2025 CX-5 and compared all the dealerships within 100 miles of where I live. I ultimately chose this dealership not only because they offered me a great price, but also because Kevin, the sales representative, was very professional and easy to work with. I even drove 2 hours to get my car here, and it was absolutely worth it. Everyone I met was friendly, patient, and professional. The whole process was smooth and efficient with no unnecessary delays. Most importantly, they were honest and genuine. There was a small issue during the process, but Ian, the manager, handled it quickly and decisively. It was the best dealership I’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend!

I absolutely loathe the car buying process and was not excited at all to get this done. Last week I purchased a 2023 CX-5 from Mazda of Canton and it was one of the most pleasant buying experiences I’ve had. My salesman, JR, was helpful but hands-off. Available for questions and if he didn’t know the answer, got it quickly. There was zero haggling and he even offered to get a price reduction without asking. I had a pre-approval for finance and Rachel in finance was able to beat my low APR offer. I even got a Heggy’s goodie bag at the end! End to end this was spectacular service and I will recommend Mazda of Canton along with JR to anyone I hear that’s looking for a new vehicle.

I have been a customer of Kempthorn Mazda for almost a decade from buying my vehicle in 2016 through all the years using their service department. Buying the car was easy and a big plus for me was that I worked with a woman in sales Ruth Franz who was knowledgeable, experienced and no nonsense in the process. After that I dealt with a few people in the service department who were always great, professional, explained work done in detail and laid out future work needed for my car down the road ahead of time that gave me the ability to plan my finances. I am still driving the car I bought and bringing it in for service. In my experience, this is an honest and professional place that I enjoyed going to for years.

This was the most painless car buying experience ever!! Bob Novak and Donnie Whittington made this so easy. No BS, no hassles, no issues. We spent one hour the first day as they had to locate my car. We went back today to finalize, and it only took an hour and a half to be done and down the road in my new car. I can't say enough about their professionalism. I had a great shopping experience with Shaun S. at Mazda of Canton. I wanted a no nonsense shopping experience and I received just that. Shawn was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to what I wanted to accomplish.
