Don't waste your time with this bank! Time is money and money doesn't sleep, Key Bank was sleeping when I showed up. Lol. There lost, my gain.

Deposited a check with the inside teller, was told funds would be available the following day. The next morning still no funds available in my account. Reaching out to key bank I was told the check which was from a govt office now had a hold on it for seven days until the check was paid by the issuer. In no way was I told of a hold when I deposited the check and ripped it off the actual paperwork in front of the teller. I have never had any issues with a bank like I have with key, they told me even with my deposit showing pending they will not honor any items that come through my account. This craziness, I plan on moving banks after this.

Two different tellers had absolutely no idea that Euros could be exchanged there and told me since they were going to have to "figure it out" that I needed to go sit down while they "got the line down" behind me. Absolute garbage service. Really thinking about closing my 4 accounts with them.

There are so many better, cheaper, more efficient online banks available. This bank is 20 years behind the competition.

Never had any issues banking at this location. Always friendly staff and ready to answer any questions at hand.
