Didn't start off on the right foot for us at all! Our per copy price and minimums were changed(increased) from the signed sales order to the delivery paperwork. Had to threaten lawsuit to straighten that out. Very stressful to deal with so far. It's going to be a VERY long 5 years if we can't get out of this business relationship. Reading the contract won't help. We were promised things that never happened Like Training! We haven't seen a salesperson in 17 months. We pay double the quoted cost per copy, they charge you twice for making copies if you use the flatbed or doc. feeder, once for the scan and once for the actual copy! you won't find that on their contract or sales order. Can't have an extra set of toners, or order more unless your toner is below half, even if you have big jobs coming up. We were told to read our status page EVERYDAY to be sure when a toner was half emtpy, then we can order another! Over 14 months without a service call but our prices increased 50% our second year with a 5 yr contract. We pay double what other companies told us they would have charged us per copy! Don't have the money to get a lawyer, so we are stuck! Kyocera is now trying to intervene on our behalf. Contact chamber of commerce in Broadview Heights for more info
