“Carriage Hill Cleaners is the kind of business that reminds you what great service is supposed to feel like. Quality work, attention to detail, and people who genuinely care about their customers. You don’t just get your clothes back clean you get them back with care. Highly recommended.”

“This is the best laundromat around. The staff is friendly and quick to resolve any issues—though honestly, I doubt you’ll run into any. And if you do, you’ll have total peace of mind knowing they’ve got you covered. One time a washer got stuck shut, and staff arrived to help in less than half an hour. The atmosphere is cozy, and I love that they’re open 24/7. If you’re wondering where to do your next load of laundry, look no further—you won’t regret it!”

“Updated review: The owner replied to the review and this has been addressed. Thank you! One of the best places to wash clothes. Clean washers and dryers. Original review: I come here once a week to do laundry. Today on Sunday 5/17 this employee (previously pictured) has been sitting outside for the entirety of the time I spent here washing/drying loads. The tops of the machines are a mess with soap everywhere. Messes everywhere on the floor. He seems to think he gets paid to sit outside, smoke, vape and sit on his phone. The other employees are fantastic and actually do their jobs, but he’s the only one here at this time. It’s the busiest day of the week and he’s doing nothing to make sure the place is clean for people like the others do. He needs to do better.”

“*EDITED* I haven't been here in a while but I always come to this one. My wash was acting up so I brought my clothes in. Everything was different lol all the washers and dryers are digital. You use a reusable debit card which is handy! I was having trouble trying to figure out how to work the washer and this really nice man helped me and showed me how to use the change spot to get the debit card. New owners! But same good place to get your clothes washed! The guys that run this place are really nice. I was struggling getting my laundry out of my car and one of them ran over and carried my basket inside for me lol always clean too and very helpful”

“I was doing laundry here lastnight 4/10/23 and had to call and speak to someone at the number listed . Someone had to release the lock to let me out. The emergency exit in the back was blocked by large plywood. Overall a nice place to do laundry but unfortunate to be locked inside an establishment. Thank you calling back so quick !!”

“Very convenient cleand reasonably, Oh and it's never too busy which is always a plus. However, The owners have had to stop putting toilet paper in the bathroom because people want to steal it also there's so much s*** writing on the bathroom you'd think it's a portapotty in a crack neighborhood. Also there's about 10 signs saying homes people are not slinger or when I was in there a homeless man stopped in just smoke a cigarette and get warm and take a nap. I really don't blame the owners for this it's just one of those areas where you can't really help but have the less fortunate vandalizing utilizer facility”
