I wanted to let others know that this Loft store was such a pleasant experience! They had several clearance items to choose from as well as regular price items too. Eden went out of her way to treat me and other customers with exceptional customer service! She was kind, attentive, caring, and made this store shine!

This is by far the rudest Loft I have ever been in. I have been in this store a few times, and not only are you not greeted by the staff, but they will also sit and whisper about you while in the store. They can't get any ruder, yet they do. They sit and talk behind the cash wrap and then do not even bother to come out and greet you. They could have cared less if people had been shopping and wanted to spend money. Sadly, this is the only loft in the area—not a good one. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Educated professional who stopped in store for work pants. Two staff working. Neither acknowledged I was even present. No other shoppers in the store. Very poor customer service. Walked out without buying anything.

Twice have been in your store and never do you get acknoledged.Today Sat 3 employees chatting away at the desk not even a simple hello..no wonder your business is bad.With online shopping killing malls you should at least be greeted when in the store.I put back $80 worth of merchandise and left..
