Extremely long lines to check out only 2 lanes open. Customers were sent to Customer Service to check out the employee at customer service yelled at the cashier for sending people to her etc. it was complete chaos and I had 4 items. Solution: bring back self checkout

I have been shopping at Marc’s for many years! I like that they are local! I like their prices! I have always felt they have a great selection in most areas. Produce usually fresh. However, lately, they are missing the mark , no pun intended. The dairy area is poorly stocked on a regular basis for several months now. The produce department is sad. Not fresh , not desirable to the eye. Very frustrating. So… what’s going on? Anyone know? Or care?

Great place to shop 7 days a week.
There is plenty of parking out front.
Baked goods as you enter.
Pharmacy and candy next.
Full service grocery store.
Seasonal plants 🪴 are available.
Greeting cards and household goods with pet food and other products for animals. Delicatessen counter with rotisserie chicken. Nice store.

Was just in about 5 minutes ago. We had the pleasure of being waited on by Lin O. She was an absolute pleasure! 10 out of 10, I would hands down go through her check out line again and again. I worked 14 yrs of customer service. And the customer service she gave us was top-notch! Please tell her the girl who mentioned she works at Hendrickson says she's amazing and I will look for her every time I shop at this Marc's! ❤️😊

Watch the pricing! Almost every time we go into the store we are charged the wrong price! We watch everything that is wrung up at self checkout and by employee so we catch it before we pay. Baby watermelons $3.99 a piece, wrung up at $4.99. How many unsuspecting people walkout and pay the wrong price? As soon as we tell the employee about it they should be contacting whoever manages the pricing so it can get corrected. Meijers is closer, we may be making a permanent move to them!
