Fresh Meadows Ohio Mobile Home Community has been an absolute nightmare. Newer trailers have been placed in the park without proper permits, and ongoing plumbing and infrastructure issues show a complete lack of planning and care.
Starting December 7, 2025, residents were left without water for nearly 12 days. This is not a minor inconvenience — this is a basic human necessity. Families were forced to live without running water, and communication from management was either nonexistent or dismissive.
The owners, The Savitsky Group, appear completely disconnected from the reality tenants are living in. There is no sense of urgency, accountability, or concern for tenant welfare. Park management on-site mirrors this attitude — problems are ignored, concerns are brushed off, and residents are treated as if they don’t matter.
This community shows clear signs of neglect, poor management, and disregard for tenant rights and safety. No one should have to beg for basic utilities or live with unresolved plumbing issues in 2025.
If you are considering moving here, think twice. What looks affordable upfront comes at the cost of stress, uncertainty, and unacceptable living conditions

Water has been off for 12 days and no hope in site. Manager allows a large truck to block three storage units, which causes the unit renters to bang on my door asking who owns the truck but manager won’t enforce the no parking rule.

I've lived in this park for at least 6-7 years. Over the time, it's changed names, owners and managers. I have to say Ben is by far the BEST property manager we've had! He definitely makes sure the park is running normal and there's no conflict of any kind (which never is). The new owners of the park I have yet to meet personally but with the promised improvements I've been seeing, I like them already. Only problems are: we need a paved road and an a way to other side of park, without getting on main road, a kiddy park would be nice. I know in due time we'll hopefully get those improvements as well. I really really love living here. Everyone gets along, we're out own little community.

The Fresh Meadows Mobile Home Park is a very peaceful accomidating place to visit and live. The Park Manager Ben is an awesome person and is always very helpful with any questions or issues that you might have. An added bonus of the park is the storage facility that is right beside it. We all know that there isn't very much storage in a trailer or mobile home so having the convenience of a storage facility right next door is a bonus. The units are also very reasonably priced. If your looking for a new place to live or a good storage facility I would 100% recommend concidering The Fresh Meadows Trailer Park.

Ben the park Manager is amazing! Very professional. Always helping others! He always taking care of the property and making sure things are working as they should. He keeps the peace between neighbors and makes sure everyone is being respectful to one another. Several improvements are being made daily!!!

I actually decided to edit this because I spoke with the manager. The online system is not integrated properly they just got new owners again. The actual site manager is very nice and fixed my issues immediately. I recommend going to see them in person. No online lol

So I was surprised to see some of the reviews here because I've had a great experience! Ben, who took over in June 2022, has done any communication needed and responds quickly!Someone mentioned a raw sewage smell and flooding, I did not witness any of that during my time there. The unit seemed safe and I never had any issues. Well lit area for night time moving as well. Plenty of driving space for multiple cars to pass if more than one person is at their units. I recommend and would rent again in the future! The only reason I'm leaving is because of the distance I now live from my unit.

Never seen a place more pathetic than here!They lack communication badly, the manager is very very rude! we paid off our storage unit balance so the lock could be removed so we could get our stuff out, but despite me paying them their money yesterday, and now here we are 24 hours later and the unit was never unlocked SMH :(Then their gonna sit there and act like its ok to be letting this happen well guess what! I will be having a police officer help get the unit unlocked & get our stuff out of there because this is just pathetic at this point!I have tried calling & calling 2-3 times a day the last 2 days just to get ahold of the manager and she is very rude too!! She claims I have been harassing them when all I have done was call 2-3 times with no answer and send 1 TXT,People! Do NOT I repeat DO NOT ever buy or rent anything from here because they are running FRAUD! & THEFT!

I wish ZERO stars were an option! Stay away from this place. The place floods, smells of raw sewage, the gate never closes, and the owners are constantly changing management so you never have a feeling of security. I bet if you asked around at the mobile home park, people would advise you this is not a company you want to work with. Even if you were given a month for free, this is not where you want to leave your items. Plenty of other storage options close
