“My mom was given an Rx for a nebulizer and so, of course, I waited until a Friday at 4:30pm (a half hour before they close for the weekend!) to go in and get it for her. They were extremely helpful, and even though I accidentally made it hard on them (I went in without her insurance cards, on a Friday when her doctor's office is closed, and only a half hour before they themselves close for the weekend), they got it done for us! I feel bad when I'm one of "those" customers. You know the ones. The ones who don't have anything helpful with them (like insurance info) and come in at the last minute. Yeah. That was me. Yet they remained friendly, helpful, and got me the nebulizer my mama needed! She showed me how to set it up for my mom and how to use it. Letting me know that if I have any questions, I could call them! She also informed me about the quarks of the machine (i.e. Don't leave it on for more than 30 mins at a time, etc.). I appreciate their kindness and helpfulness, and I highly recommend them for your medical supply needs!”
