“She is fun, she knows the clothes by stich, cut, name, and most importantly she comes to you, with options- her name is Ashley! This personal stylist encouraged me to come to her Buckle location at Belden Village Mall in Canton after we chatted earlier in the week about my need for a tall-size jean. From start to finish, she has, “got you!” and she makes an in-store experience a rare and precious find in our current e-commerce age. But this is what her and the Buckle staff are all about- personal attention, and excellent customer service. There are even different payment options, like After Pay. I left with more than one pair of jeans, but rather a collection of casual attire comprised of, varied, yet incredibly soft textures, phenomenal comfort, and glove-like fit for all items purchased. Highly recommended. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Ashley and Buckle team!”

“I was actually surprised at the shoe selection they had. They didn't sell many larger shoes though. I found a few 8s but I could not find many 9 or 10s. Very nice selection of clothing for a younger group. I was also surprised about the sizes they carried in stores. Some of their clothing goes to a 3x its a very limited plus size selection but nice they still offer it.”

“There were only two employees working on a Sunday afternoon and they were being kept pretty busy by the steady stream of customers that they had. The employees explained that they do have boot stretching available if it is needed as we were looking for wide mouth boots. We found some boots and leather treatment that we were satisfied with and walked out with a new pair of boots for my wife.”
“I bought my daughter a pair of shoes online for Christmas that ended up being too big. For the life of me couldn’t find the email receipt. Every employee was so helpful. Jas looked up my order with my phone number (life saver!). Unfortunately the shoe was sold out but they gave me a refund and sent me over to Kids Footlocker where it was in stock and $25 cheaper! No clue she could even still fit kids sizes. Apparently a kids size 6 is equivalent to a womens 7.5! Everyone at Kids Footlocker was awesome too. Not every day you get such good customer service. I’ll look at Footlocker first from now on.”
“They have good selection of t-shirts that you won't find at the usual places like Walmart. If you like to prank people, they have stuff to assist with pranks and magic stuff. They also have adult only things if you are into that. The staff is helpful.”
