They steal money from you I stopped using them in April 3rd of 23 and still being charged when we was in there for a phone the guy was out in his car getting high and he charged my card numerous times for things we didn't know about he was very pushy now I'm fighting to get a refund for all the money they took from me I would never tell anyone to go to metro they are a big joke even costumer service is a joke saying they can't do anything about it

2 weeks ago My phone stopped working a couple of days after I got it and I paid $287.00 for it and I'm still waiting on my new phone to come in

Never will I go back to that location. They want to act like they don't know what you're talking about. Had me paying for two lines and didn't even know it. Whatever you do is keep your receipts.!!!!!!

Very rude, didnt even greet us when we walked in. Pretty much just ignored us. We were trying to buy a new phone. So this is how metro treats their new customers? Wow very bad location. Will not return!!!

The manager of this store is a certified con artist and liar, her name is Nicole, along with her very rude and disrespectful employee by the name of Melissa. I bought a phone 7 days ago, a Samsung J2. I left the store, went to my moms and was given another phone from her. I went straight back to the store to switch phones. The manager, Nicole, met me OUTSIDE of the store to discuss my account with me. She asked me if I could wait 7 days for a refund and I said sure no problem. Today is the 7th day. I was denied a refund, and was laughed at by the employee working there ( Melissa), little did she know the entire conversation was recorded.
