Visited the 62 location last week, employee was new & stayed on the phone my entire visit, talking about food & was listening to some sort of training recording, this was irritating my issue was not resolved, visited the Harmont location recently, the girl was very nice but stayed on the phone also, advised I need a new phone with more storage which is ok. The store smells like weed, very unprofessional!

Very unprofessional.Open at 10 but girl didnt show up until 20 after and when addressed she said you dont have to pay your bill here. Employees working at this location..tusc and 62 are disgusting. And that is why I use the app to pay my bill and if the bill wasnt so cheap I definately would not be a customer and i dont recommend metro pcs to anyone. Not at all.

Everyone is very friendly. Service is usually very fast. No waiting around. But make sure you have close to the amount you are paying as the store does not have a lot of cash on hand to make change. This would be my only complaint.

Store hours online stated they were open until 8 pm. Stopped at 6:23 and lights were still on but door was locked.
