Went to metro p c s to get a New phone and internet was given excellent customer service from TJ.
Had to return the refurbished mobecause. We migrated over to T-Mobile and it doesn't work with T-Mobile because it is refurbish. TJ forgot to print a receipt for us so we weren't able to return it. I was charged $44 by credit card and when you're on a fixed income that tends to hurt severely when they don't want to refund. absolutely horrible customer service. Today, 9 17 24 is today. So I have a modem that is not compatible with T-Mobile and no refund. I will not go back to metro. PC s ever that was the worst customer experience. Even the district manager was not willing to help and was highly rude. The customer service rep who was in the store, was actually sitting outside in his car getting high.

Always sign on door. Went ti get money, closed early, always no service during normal hours,,, also since merging with t Mobile service for metro customer,s sucks, slow, or it gives me Cleveland ohio as my location but live north canton ohio.Service is getting worse every year,,,

The rep on Whipple was so amazing to me when I came in there her name was Tammy she was so great she helped me get a new phone also help me get my info on my phone I would recommend her to my family and friends

I liked this one my last time going to the store. It's closed. I assume not enough workers as everywhere else but online should say it's closed instead of open until 7pm.
