Everything about my experience was top notch. I hit a deer (for the first time in 34 years!) and called our insurance. When they asked us which garage I heard great things about MAE so I figured I'd try them myself.
The staff (Mason, Rich, Emily and more) were incredibly friendly and kind. They were in contact with me throughout the entire repair process, and kept me updated. As you can see from the photos, my 2019 Civic looks brand new! I couldn't even tell what is new and what was repaired. This thing drives better then before I hit the deer!
I cannot recommend MAE enough, please go here for any collision needs!

Received great work from this shop repainting my roof. Paint looks like a factory job, and Mason provided great customer service. Will be taking my vehicles here for any auto body needs.

Mae Middlebranch Collision did an amazing job painting the hood on my 12 year old bright red convertible. It was full of stone chips, and showing it's age. Not only does the hood look brand new, but they also brush touched up the other chips on my car. I would highly recommend their work, as well as the great customer service . I originally stopped at the Cleveland Avenue location to get a quote, and they were very helpful and professional in advising me to get the work done at the Middlebranch location (as I could get it done sooner). Thanks!

Jason and his team are top notch. I was in an accident and in the same day they had my car in and arranged for me to get in a rental. They went above and beyond to accomodate me. The end result was stellar. I would recommend them to anyone.
