Supposedly Mr. Tire has adopted a 3rd party answering service with people incompetent of the English language. I booked everything online and was trying to change appointment times due to recent weather changes. The 3rd party has no knowledge of previous appointments made, no integrated programming software showing my choice of tires picked and paid for, appointment times made, choice of payments.
Just some house in Bangladesh with 15 people with headphones on trying to serve you with zero knowledge of operations. Sourcing jobs overseas instead of just paying your current employees a little more to answer the phones. Shame on you!
This review is for Mr Tire as a whole, not just this location. I've been to this location many times throughout the years and have experienced top-notch service.

Got me in super fast, very good communication when needing to schedule/reschedule, and very friendly people all around. My headlight looks amazing.

Very disappointed with this location. I had to call in several times to get an update when I was told someone would reach out to me. As a man/ professional learn to keep your word. Otherwise you become untrustworthy and folks will take their business elsewhere. Definitely won't ever return.

Isaiah worked hard to get my car back on the road. He was very knowledgeable about the problem And stayed late to get me back on the road. Thank you again Isaiah five stars.5 stars!!!

While we had a problem initially, the manager Isaak made it right.
Appointment was Saturday at 1:00. Dropped off the car at 11:30 n returned at 2:30 n at 3:00 manager came out that they shipped the wrong tires. Had to make another appt Monday which was an inconvenience but the manager gave me a set of wipers n a discount on the tires.
I will give Isaak first chance on my next purchase n told several friends.

Had a very loud noise going on, scheduled an appointment online, took it in, and they fixed it the same day! Very nice, down to earth people!

Took about 3 hours to get new tires out on with an added on alignment which I was told would be discounted to 100 dollars but when I looked at the receipt it was 135 dollars.

Just a heads up for anyone looking to schedule an appointment here. you call in and they put you on with someone foreign not in the country. and then they proceed to triple book your appointment. if i make an appointment somewhere, i expect to not share it with other people. wasted my time and all i needed was tires installed.

Great customer service, honest, & dependable. I would recommend them to anyone. The man at the desk was super busy, but took time with each customer. Mr. Tire is so lucky to have a such a great & dedicated employee. I will definitely be back.

I purchased tires here a few months ago along with a road hazard warranty. Recently the tires had a little less than 5000 miles on them and were due to be rotated, plus one had developed a slow leak. I made an appointment and went in for both services. They said the leaking tire couldn’t be fixed and had to be replaced. However they didn’t have a replacement on site so they had to order one. They did also change the oil while I was there at a fairly good price (around$40). They didn’t rotate the tires since they said that would put the leaking one in the front, which might be more dangerous. When the tire came in I made an appointment to install it and rotate the tires. When I went in for the appointment I again reminded them to rotate the tires. Note that even with the road hazard warranty, I had to pay $45 to have them install and balance the new tire, so keep that in mind if you get the warranty. After they installed the new one I went home and realized the new tire was still on the back where the leaking one had been. I called and they admitted they forgot to rotate them, so I had to go back again for the rotation. Since I live about 15 minutes away, this meant I had to take the time to make a third trip there and wait while they did the rotation. Admittedly their computer system went down during the tire installation, and they used that as an excuse as to why they forgot about the rotation. But since I verbally reminded them, I was disappointed that they forgot. And while I was there they seemed to do a fair amount of talking to other customers about random topics, so I think the guy just forgot about it. So overall I was fairly satisfied, but I would recommend you confirm both before and after they do any work to make sure they do everything you expect.

Front lug nuts were not torque to spec causing front tire to come loose.
