Way overpriced on both home and auto.. refused a flooded basement coverage. We had a $26000+ loss. unfortunately I hate being on the phone or I'd shop around. Been there >20 years, which likely is part of the problem.

Love this company, haven't had the pleasure of meeting her husband but the woman there is awesome. its a million other places i could go but if you want someone professional, polite, clean and nice this is the place.
