Joe and his team are very knowledgeable and efficient and are very good at finding a solution no matter what your situation is Being open until 10PM is also a nice bonus, since most of their other locations close at 9PM. I always recommend them to everyone.

Very rude and stand-offish staff. I believe the person i dealt with there was named Colton. Extremely rude. Will never visit this place again. Advance is 2 mins away and are much more helpful.

We have never been in your store, BUT big shout out to your Territory Sales Manager, Lola Lute-Schwiger. She was making a delivery in New Phila Ohio and drove past our model home and noticed that one of our clients had a flat tire and she didn't have a working jack. She rolled down her window and asked if we needed help. She pulled over and jumped right in to help. She pulled her jack out of the back of her car and stepped right up to help us. Great energy and kindness. Very appreciative!! If all of your employees are like Lola - You have a Rock Star Team!!

Prices were $300 less than Advance Auto. Asst. Manager Colton was absolutely amazing! Couldn’t ask for better customer service. I will be back for all my van needs.
