Employee were insanely rude and ignoring us based off of our appearance, i would not come here unless you are an older Caucasian woman. If you are another race you will not feel welcomed!

Went in there a little while back to pick up my wife beauty supplies as she was very tired from chemo therapy and the manager Kristen was very rude and utterly uncomfortable as I was checking out she proceeded to tell me I had "bad vibes" and began speaking in tongues I proceeded to pull out my cross as I'm very committed to our lord and savior and her poo poo breath set it on fire, not to mention she called my wife a cancer ridden wh*re i say next time you go in there bring holy water the manager kristen is possesed by demons and will try to set u on fire with her poo poo breath very unprofessional smh

I used to shop at Pandora all the time. And Brett came over to ask if we needed anything, I had said yes and I was interested in the moon and sun set for my self as well as a ring for my mother in law. She stares at my fingers and it made me very uncomfortable. She then stated that it only went up to soze nine, which only made me feel more uncomfortable in my skin. As it didn’t fit she then very rudely asked my MIL if she still wanted her finger sized. Pandora you just lost two customers, j will never shop here again.

I came in to purchase multiple items. The store is small and a extremely rude woman hovered over the counter for at least a hour and would not move. I left the store and went back and as soon as I came to the counter to purchase my multiple items here came the same woman and got a worker who pushed me out of the way. These workers are rude. I will never go there again and did not get to buy my items because the workers were too busy catering to a rude customer .
