This place is concerning, especially since I have been coming here since I was a little girl Over the years, it seems that the staff has become complacent and indifferent toward the young adults they are supposed to support. It’s disheartening to see the case managers overwhelmed and burnt out. I have been waiting for a new case manager for a month without any communication from them. I reached out, yet I have received no response. This is troubling, especially for someone who struggles with mental health and relies on their support. It appears that the focus here is more on financial gain than on providing proper care. They need to improve significantly. I will be reaching out to corporate very soon.

My daughter had a running day and time to be seen each week. Suddenly, over summer this place has forgotten how to operate, communicate, and not one person has a clue as to what is going on.I received a call to schedule, scheduled two appointments and now they say only one. It's a joke. Had my child being seen for testing, completed 5 months ago... still no communication on it.This place is a MESS.
