Great experience in live department with the younger employee Bella the other day, she was very helpful and knowledgeable on the animals they carry, she is passionate about them and made me feel my concerns were appreciated and welcomed and she didn't rush me or anything, she was very honest on the animals and helped me select the right ones! Even though she was currently busy or helping another customer she made sure to let the others know she'd be right there to help them she was very positive and sweet and great at not only talking to the adults but my kids as well and addressing their questions as their just as important to. I was there a week ago and there was an older girl in the live department dee or lee or something along those lines and she kept ignoring me and not answering any of my questions and walked away from me!

I was going in to only do a self-service wash on my Greyhound Pitbull mix and one of the gentlemen at the groomer station seen her and just had to come out and love all over her. He was talking to me about their nail trimming prices and other services that they do and I am absolutely amazed with how well she behaved and reacted to him doing her nail trim because she doesn't even let me do it I will say that he will be the only one that will clip her nails from here on out absolutely wonderful and patient with her!!!! Thank you both!

Nice staff, but the store always feels in disarray. Prices are better than Chewy.com.
New post. Pet supplies is so afraid of a little dog grooming competition that they drove my groomer from their location. Won't shop there anymore.

Life saver! Here for a day before we head out for a vacation and when we picked our dogs up from a dog sitter, they needed a bath big time. I called about a dozen pet spas with no answer or no availability until I found Pet Supplies Plus. They had a self serve dog bath with shampoo, dryers, and plenty of towels. In and out in 15 minutes and I don't have to drive 10 hours with smelly pups!
