I've been a customer for years, the staff now adays has no understanding of their job's. The cashier "tried to add my points" to the transaction that was already approved, and ended up adding money to a transaction that was already completed and argued with me about an outstanding balance of two dollars that should've been subtracted.. obviously. Threatened to call the cops on me if I took the items I'd already paid for. Then lied to my family who went to collect the items for me. I'll never return.

Had my Scottie Dog groomed . Cut and wash . At first his whole head was not done. It didn’t even looked combed. Took him back in . The groomer took his face and cut it all over . Close … cut his beard off too , He looks like an ant eater. All I got was sorry about that. Also he has been groomed there many times.
Please beware!!!! If I could give minus stars I would! !

Average pricing. Sometimes you find some deals. There have been serval occasions where they don't have what I need in stock, but it is a smaller store.
I like going here because they're local and the staff is usually friendly

I've been using this pet supply store for more than twenty years. You receive incentivising coupons by mail. They typically have the best overall pricing by comparison to Pets Mart. Pets get in at no extra cost. 😉

It was an awesome experience. I got a new puppy and needed help and they helped a lot. Such a friendly place. I can't remember the other 2 lady's that helped me, but thanks to them and Robin.
