3rd time I personally have been in the store , I hate going shopping, but this time I noticed somerhing sligjtly different !! Other than being BUSY, it seemed a lot better organized with things in labeled isles that were related !! All soft drinls in 2 isles, cooking stuff in another & all the meat in another area where if you stood in one spot, you could just turn & walk to all the burger, chicken, hot dogs, ham etc. No hunting for anything ! Took a good mile off of my journey in the store !! Way to go !! As Arnold said " I'll be back " !!!”
“I had ESWL done in surgery today. I was super impressed with the entire experience from start to finish. Every staff member that I had contact with was pleasant, caring, and efficient. The entire hospital was super clean, which is something I always pay attention to. I would absolutely recommend Mercy to anyone for anything healthcare related based off my experience today. “Marc's is a NE Ohio fixture. They generally have a good selection of items. Their seasonal clearance section is always fun to peruse--you never know what you'll find in there! Their pricing is competitive. The only downside is that they don't really have a proprietary, off-brand line of groceries, so you pretty much have to buy major brands. Overall, we love having a Marc's right down the road!”

“Pretty crowded and a little chaotic(expected on a night tonight)but not really the fault of the store(although a couple things I observed could have been handled different or managed better). Over all great store the 4 of the 6 employees I interacted with were very friendly and personable. Shelves were a little too crammed together with stock which made finding specific items hard to locate to compare pricing for budgeting reasons.”

“Layout isn’t the greatest when it comes to lanes and all the entry points, with one small exit. Other than that it’s a good station. People complaining about it being one way, and that not every car has the gas door on the same side. The hoses stretch. They have an extended hose for a reason. Put a little muscle into it. You’ll be fine. People don’t realize how long it takes, how much it costs, and the approval needed by the state to be able to tear it all out and build a brand new station. People are very entitled these days. They will complain while in their feelings without giving it a simple thought. The fuel attendant is there to react to fuel spills, assist when flagged down, and de-escalate disgruntled drivers. People need to chill.”
