I prefer my showers soap scum and mildew-less. This is ridiculous. It's a failure of management. You obviously are not checking to see what these showers look like on a weekly basis. CLR can clean this up in an hour. Buy some!

The store is clean,,but the Service sucks,,the workers ? don't speak as you come in and they just wait until you walk up to pay,and it's like pay for your stuff and go..

11/4/23 Showers 4 was disgusting, obviously they don’t clean them well, black mold on the ceiling, dirt on the walls and calcium build up everywhere. Looks like the same issue was reported a month ago and Pilot make a comment but the issue obviously wasn’t resolved because I was here 11/5/23 and took these pictures. Water pressure and temperature was excellent.No breakfast food or coffee at 0530 on 11/6/23. Even though there 3-4 workers behind the counter or walking around the store, only one cashier is usually working so you’ll wait in line 4-5 people long.Overall just not a very customer focused location and should I return here again it’ll only be to park I won’t spend money inside or shower.

Clean, kind staff, well stocked. Clean showers and laundry machines. Parking lot easy access if you can back up, lol. Lots of food choices Pilot, Subway, and MCD'S, Wendy's, across the street. Showers were clean. Lot is kinda stinky. Drivers need to do better. Use a jug you can empty properly.

These showers are disgusting. All corroded a tetanus shot waiting to happen. Looks like something out of a horror movie. Can’t even clean the toilet ? Who ever is cleaning showers should be fired.

Restrooms are always clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good selection of drinks. Cinnabon shop inside, and serves Dunkin Donuts coffee and doughnuts. Fast food restaurant also attached, but I never make it past the cinnamon rolls or hot bar in Pilot.
