Called and spoke with Crystal regarding a same day delivery of a planter and Get Well Mylar Balloon to Mercy Hospital - she was very helpful and friendly however, several hours later was told it wasn't able to be delivered as requested 11/4 due to their driver being immunocompromised but they can deliver it on 11/5 - I agreed for delivery 11/5 - I received a message this morning (11/5) that they still cannot deliver. I had to find another shop in the area to help me with this delivery. May be a better choice to call a different shop to help in the first place, could have had my delivery done on the preferred date without the back and forth.

Printz floral did such an amazing job on my wedding bouquet for my wedding on 10.19! I reached out only about 5 weeks before my wedding as I had originally planned on ordering mine from Sam’s club and I wanted something different from my bridal party. Amanda was great to work with and very quick to respond. She took the little inspiration that I gave her and turned my bouquet into something absolutely stunning! I was completely blown away when I first saw my bouquet the day of my wedding! I had even asked for emerald ribbon around the bouquet as the color is significant to me and she was unsure if she had enough time to get more in and the day of the wedding I had emerald ribbon, which was such a nice surprise! I’m forever grateful to Amanda and the team at Printz for their amazing customer service and execution!

I purchased a lovely arrangement for my son in laws mother, when she was hospitalized. She said it was beautiful and it lasted long after she came homeThe person who I ordered it from was helpful and pleasant. I know that I will use their services in the future, exclusively.

Had a great experience with Printz! I had flowers delivered to a friend and they came out beautifully. The website was easy to use and they delivered the arrangement the next day. Customer service was above and beyond -- I forgot to sign my name on the note and they called me and checked with me to see if I wanted that added. Friendly, thoughtful service and beautiful flowers!

I get a poinsettia usually most years from here because my older dad calls and orders 1800 flowers… every year it’s ok… not great though… usually get a spindly long poinsettia… they stick a few glittery things on the side to make it look fuller… honestly I feel like the ones at the big box stores are much fuller …

When my grandmother was put in a nursing home. I was looking for something to liven up the room. The florist recommended a fern that would purify the air, and give my grandmother something to take care. It worked wonderfully.When I needed flowers individually wrapped for a funeral, they did a beautiful job.I appreciate this place and the women that work there.

We ordered flowers late on a Monday afternoon for a Tuesday delivery. A simple arrangement that stated seasonal flowers would be used. I called shortly after placing the order to simply ask that they include as much pink as possible. The arrangement is absolutely perfect! Every flower is a shade of pink and it is just beautiful! Thank you Mandy (sorry if I misspelled your name) for being so helpful and enthusiastic about the request. Thank you Sue for a beautiful job on the arrangement. We will definitely be ordering again.

Our church used Printz for carnations for our Mothers Day gift for our moms. They did a great job and were very helpful. We will def use them again! Everyone was kind and helpful and plenty of workers to assist us.

It was my time ordering flowers from Printz. My 81 year old aunt lives in the local area and was celebrating her birthday. They exceeded expectations in every way. Ordering was easy, customer service was kind and helpful, the flowers were beautiful, the delivery was prompt and without a hitch. My aunt was so pleased. I will definitely use Printz Florist again.
