Ramada by Wyndham Canton/Hall of Fame is a hotel that offers a mix of positive experiences and some concerns. Guests appreciate that the rooms are large, clean, and comfortable, with friendly staff and quick responses to needs like coffee filters. The hotel is considered a good, affordable place to stay, especially for spontaneous trips, with nearby restaurants and activities. The pool is a highlight, heated for comfort, and guests enjoy the breakfast, describing it as yummy. Many find the hotel safe and convenient, with some guests returning regularly. However, there are several issues noted by guests. Some rooms have problems like low water pressure, musty odors, and tight bathrooms with stains. There have been concerns about cleanliness, such as urine stains in bathrooms and gravel in the pool. One guest reported a cracked-open door, raising safety concerns. Additionally, there were complaints about water quality, with juice served as watered-down versions, and some guests experienced unanticipated booking issues and billing concerns. A guest also mentioned missing tiles and unfulfilled requests for room updates. Overall, while many guests enjoy their stay and the friendly service, the hotel has room for improvement in cleanliness, safety, and maintenance to ensure a more consistent experience.
Run down like most of Canton area, no bed bugs but the room wasn’t very clean. Room we had, had a wall between the two beds like they just thru a bed into a single bed room. Appearance of hotel looks bad trashy, not mowed, weeds. Parking lot not lit well.

The place was tore up. Doesn't look like it has been kept up with. The indoor pool spot was so hot it was like you were still outside, and it made it hard to breathe. I will not be back to this place.

I honestly didn't stay here. Someone booked a room under my name and put their name as the second. Very likely was the husband and his ho who checked in but the front desk won't give me a bill THAT'S IN MY NAME
