Run down like most of Canton area, no bed bugs but the room wasn’t very clean. Room we had, had a wall between the two beds like they just thru a bed into a single bed room. Appearance of hotel looks bad trashy, not mowed, weeds. Parking lot not lit well.

I would never recommend this place to anyone, it was horrid ! The outside looks like it’s abandoned . The grass is patchy and half dead, it’s mixed in with rocks and dirt, looks horrible. Inside the building itself is dingy and dirty. The carpets on the rooms and hallways are musty smelling. Our room carpeting had dirt on it and other small things, that you could tell it had not been vacuumed in sometime. The clock radio/alarm was broke, most of the tv channels said ‘no service’. The parking lot had broken glass in a few spots , but the worst part is that it was so dark in the lot. Coming in when it was dark, was a bit scary. I would never go back to this place.

We came at a time when the entire town of Canton was sold out of rooms. Slim pickings and we ended up here. First of all, this location is great. Lots of places to eat, super close to Hall of Fame. The person at the desk was friendly.
But this place looks like they took the pictures 20 years ago. It’s run down, falling apart and dirty. Very dirty. The halls are dark so that you can’t see what you’re getting into. None of the vending or ice machines were working. We lasted about 4 hours and we cancelled and were out of there. We would rather pay for a full night and lose it than sleep there. Totally gross. On a good note, the bed seemed like it had clean sheets, but the dining table was dirty and sticky and the floor and bathtub of the bathroom didn’t seem clean. Duck shit outside everywhere. The ducks were not their fault, but leaving the poop was. Everyone who wasn’t paying attending to where they stepped was brining it into the hotel. I can’t even. The extra star is for the location.

The place was tore up. Doesn't look like it has been kept up with. The indoor pool spot was so hot it was like you were still outside, and it made it hard to breathe. I will not be back to this place.

We checked into our room and it was hot, the air wasn't on, and there was a musty odor. I looked into the bathroom, and it was very tight; there were urine stains at the base of the toilet. When asked about new tiles in the room, we did not get them. The pool was nice, but there were pieces of gravel at the bottom of the pool that I stepped on. You can order food to be brought to the room, but you cannot bring breakfast food back to the room. And when my wife got up the next morning for us to leave, she saw that the door was cracked open; had it not been for the bar that was on the door, somebody would have come in on us.

I honestly didn't stay here. Someone booked a room under my name and put their name as the second. Very likely was the husband and his ho who checked in but the front desk won't give me a bill THAT'S IN MY NAME

Garbage tried telling us we had to pay for another room because we apparently got only one when we got two rooms online and refused a refund when we decided not to stay because they tried charging us for the second room we already paid for the pools were closed and the place was dirty I regret not checking the reviews first I can see why there was almost no one in the hotel

The room’s were so dirty, moldy and the worst part was it had bugs. They did not clean the bedsheets, washrooms and the ac did not work me and my family had to switch rooms 4 times and could not get any sleep

This place is terrible! So gross! We were told we could check in early because of the swim event we were in. They added a charge once we got there or we couldn’t have the room! It was filthy and in need of major repairs. It’s so loud you may as well sleep with the door open. And they lied about the bed sizes. No way those are 2 queen beds. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The person at the desk was very kind and understanding. I had to leave for work before breakfast started so she let me get a breakfast sandwich from the refrigerator and heat it up in the microwave and she had coffee ready. Very nice. Outside of this person (who deserves to be working at a higher end hotel), this review is for the condition of the hotel. It smelled like weed throughout the hotel, the bed was uncomfortable, there was no chair to sit in, the room was frigid when I got inside, and it had an overall run down look to the floors.
