As far as our experience with Chris today. If I could I would give him a 10. As far as the lady working there today she needs to adjust her attitude towards other coworkers. Chris asked her a question about a gift card we were using and you would have thought he totally inconvienced her. Very rude to him to the point I felt bad for him. No reason to act like that in front of customers or anytime. Do better!!

I have always purchased the #4433 boot annually for the last 15 years of my career. For the first time I decided to purchase boots from a company brought in from my employer. In the following 3 months I purchased other boots to get a good fitting boot and had no success. Now back in my time tested boot. Learning a lesson the hard way is sometimes the best way.

Called this store from out of state because they had the last two pairs of discontinued boots that I really wanted. Brittney went above and beyond to find the boots for me and called me back a few days after searching and finding them! Truly appreciate the help!

Great quality boots. Service was excellent and professional. I have purchased my last several pair of work boots there. Boy do they last. I wear a size 15w so we had to order them. They arrived in 2 weeks.

Red Wing boots are a JOKE anymore and will never buy another pair. They said they have a warranty but thats complete BS bc they literally cover nothing. My $280 boots lasted 3 months before the soles started to come off and the stitching was coming lose and the woman told me that there was nothing they could do bc it was my work environment. If you work construction and actually do physical work, DONT BUY...

Was told my boots and inserts would be held for me till Friday. I go in to get my boots thinking they are the ones I fell in love with. I was wrong the gave me a 10 when I am a nine Wondered why they did not feel the same so I went back to get the 9 wide that was suppose to be held for me . But guess what they were out of stock . So know I get to go through the growing pains of breaking in new boots I need them for work and had to settle on a nine regular . Guess next time I will go down to millers in Philly

Terrible customer service. My husband stopped in for work boots. They didn't have the size he needed and was told they would have them there the next day. Three days later he still never heard back about them so he called and the manager found the piece of paper with his info on it where it had been thrown down. So he tells my husband that he's going to the warehouse and will make sure the boots make it back to the store. It will soon be 2 weeks since that conversation and still nothing so it looks like we'll be taking a trip out to charm for his boots.
