Joe helped tremendously with getting my car in quickly, assessing the radiator issue, and gently breaking the news that my car was much worse than I expected. Although my car is done for, I appreciate the help, transparency, communication, and would absolutely recommend this shop for anyone in need!!

Exceptional service, the manager went above and beyond to repair my air conditioner. They were very kind and explained everything in details as to what was needed. I would highly recommend Roma's.

I am not one to leave reviews but I will always give credit when it is deserved. We had an AMAZING experience here, from start to finish! When I first came here to have my jeep looked at Joe was EXTREMELY kind, very respectful, did not talk down to me at all! They were quick and thorough with their diagnostic and got me in as quick as they could, at this point I had been without AC in my jeep for almost 2 months and it is JULY! and I had a cracked radiator lol but JOE got me in as quick as he could and advised they would need my car for the day as it was a big job. No problem. I dropped it off this morning at 8 by 130 Joe called to tell me it was finished! WOW!! These guys are on it! We just picked it up and I could hug all those involved with fixing my baby. She is running ice cold again, ZERO HISSING and the air is blowing strong. Its like she is brand new again! They have absolutely gained us a customers and my husband works on cars in his spare time so he does not like taking them anywhere and even he said they have gained his trust! That is huge for him and I will be referring them to anyone with AC or radiator needs! They deserve it! Everyone we spoke to was so professional, so grateful for our business! The way the world is today it is truly humbling to still see passion in a business. Not someone who is just out for your money! I can not thank you guys enough for taking care of my baby and giving her back to me brand new. I can now drive with my 2 year old daughter again safely and IN THE COLD :)

I stopped in to Roma’s this afternoon on a whim hoping the could take a “Quick Look” at my A/C. Hoping it would be a quick fix before I headed out of town with no air… sure enough he said he’d take a look… I left within 1/2 hour with freezing cold A/C… I was a happy girl!!! He was super pleasant and courteous and VERY helpful!!! Highly recommend!! Thank you so much!!!

I didn't get my radiator repaired here, I only brought it in for a leak test. I should the guy knowledgeable and the test was informative.

The shop replaced the heater core and my Nissan pick up and and I noticed a couple days later that I had a slight problem. I took it back. He kept it overnight and fixed it for no charge. Very impressive place Highly recommend this place

On a late Friday afternoon, after getting my husband from the hospital, and right before a scheduled road trip I discovered I was leaking antifreeze. I called Roma's and Joe was so helpful on the phone. I got to the shop and he and his 2 guys got my radiator replaced, checked, and I was back on the road in about an hour. Amazing service, plus they are a family owned business. Thanks guys!

The service was Very wrong. Chose not to have work done . The tech jacked prices up on me also told me I needed work done that DID NOT need done. Took my vehicle to Ford dealership. They said the work that Roma's said I needed didn't need done. The radiator I needed turned into over a thousand dollars at Roma's.1,1170 to be exact. Shame on you. Trying to take advantage of a disabled senior lady. Don't take your business there!!!!!
