Geico # posted on door of establishment rings to agents not physically located hereI was told this office had Saturday hrs, which turned out not to be the caseI had driven from out of town to Canton Very difficult to get knowledgeable and individual attention with Geico at this time

They raised our rate by $40.00 a month and we had 0 citations or accidents. Went back to state farm.

I am not happy with the service. For some reason they have raised my rates over $40.00 and I have had no incidents. The service person I spoke with didn't have any idea why they raised my rates. She tells me it's from the pandemic. I call bs.
