You can not just leisurely look through this store. The sales associates do not let you shop for yourself, they are all over you the moment you walk in and start trying to shop for you and trying to get you to buy products you don’t want the entire time. You can’t even look around by yourself, they don’t allow it. It’s not like this at any other sally beauty in the city, they just go “hey let me know if you need help with anything!” And leave you alone like they should until you need help. If I’m going to this store I will online order because the employees down your neck is overwhelming. I just want to shop in peace.

I came in for a pair of shears, you had a pair , actually the last pair, sitting all by themselves, for $21.99. They had a little red thing behind them, so the employee had to get them for me, I get to the register she rings them all up, they rang up $49.99... both the girls were really helpful, and they were really kind. The one dark-haired girl even stuck up for me when the assistant manager said sometimes customers move things around, the girl with the brown hair said No I had to get them for her, (because of the red tag, That said ask for assistance)
I wasn't trying to give them a hard time, but I really wasn't trying to spend $40 on shears today.
So I took my happy hairstylist behind over to CosmoProf. And purchased theirs.
This was just a reminder of why I haven't shopped at Sally's since 2020. Clearly an employee put them there, because the red ask for assistance tag was on them and The same pair in another color were right next to them. But wouldn't sell them for the advertised price.
Again both the employees were pretty decent, the girl with the really dark brown hair was amazing.
I just can't believe you guys wouldn't sell things at your marked prices.

I just wanna say thank you so much to the ladies working today who knew what my hair needed. I had a bleaching disaster and they recommended some colors and additives that brought my hair to a beautiful blonde.

First visit to this Sally's. Stopped in for a return and to buy more products. Riley and Giana were very knowledgeable and really helpful with product information. They answered all my questions satisfactorily and suggested all the proper products for the process I was doing. Most importantly, they were both so very nice. It's so refreshing to find employees who genuinely care about the customer and their needs. 5 Stars to you both and to this great Sally's location.

Sallys on tusc will forever be my favorite store to go to, the workers are always so friendly and helpful, the girl with the shaved head ringing me out was an absolute joy to talk to and she suggested the perfect mix on dyes

Love Sally's Beauty supply store especially their sales in the fall on pedicure sets and I always find great flat irons their better sales than Walmart and a lot of different ones to pick fromAnd thier cashiers are always friendly and ready to help you find what your looking for.

I placed an online order and received an email saying it was ready. When I got there, there was a sign saying they were temporarily closed. Guess I lost my money. Won't be going there anymore.
