After having several bad experiences over the past year, we allowed our membership to lapse. We were members for over 20 years and the place has totally gone downhill. Purchased new tires that were not balanced, then given attitude trying to get an appointment to correct the issue. Ended up having them balanced elsewhere and they did reimburse me. Purchased contacts that were pre-authorized with our eye insurance then later getting bills because they couldn't do simple math. I overheard two employees mocking an apparent disabled or person having some type distress. Taking our business elsewhere.

Usually love going to sams club. But today 2-23-25 didnt like the cashier person SHANNON rude as ever. I normally dont get lippy back with them but she was to rude not to. I will never go back to her line again!

The real Discount store !! Hate buying groceries or personal items every week ?? At these prices you only need to go twice a month & still save money & time !! I drive 43 miles one way & save about $10 a week on gas !! NICE !!
3rd time I personally have been in the store , I hate going shopping, but this time I noticed somerhing sligjtly different !! Other than being BUSY, it seemed a lot better organized with things in labeled isles that were related !! All soft drinls in 2 isles, cooking stuff in another & all the meat in another area where if you stood in one spot, you could just turn & walk to all the burger, chicken, hot dogs, ham etc. No hunting for anything ! Took a good mile off of my journey in the store !! Way to go !! As Arnold said " I'll be back " !!!

Terrible experience this morning at Sam's club with their customer service. 12/29/24 at 10:05 this morning. After about a 20 minute wait behind 2 peeiple, i finally get to the customer service lady. I let her know that I just want to exchange the candy I purchased for a different type. She asked me if I had already walked in the store to grab what I wanted to trade. I said no. She said, go ahead and go grab it and come back and we'll exchange it for you. I look behind me and there's 11 people in line. I said, do I have to wait in line behind all those people? She sharply said YES, you have to get in line and wait behind all those other people to finish your exchange. So I said, go ahead and just issue me a refund back on my credit card and I'll go rebuy it. Then a third cashier customer service lady, a black lady, comes in to start her shift there, and loudly screams, oh see what kind of day it's gonna be already shaking her head glaring at all.if us, "that's just great". The 2 other white ladies say "Yeah your right"! First of all, if you make someone wait for twenty minutes behind people, at least say, I apologize for your wait, how may I help you?Or how about the manager puts more than two people on the returns and memberships on a sunday morning after christmas at 10am. Terrible experience, not happy at all.I might cancel my membership.

Do not order Xmas presents or birthday presents etc. they will disappoint you and not deliver your package. We ordered two packages they cancelled one for no reason and other after 12 days had never been shipped from vendor. Cancelled order went thru amazon who delivered package quickly

I always have the best experience at Sam’s Club and even did today until an employee checking the receipts going out the door was rude. She said a few items weren’t on my receipt. So I went back to the register and made sure they were in fact on there. She mumbled when I walked away saying “sorry for doing my job” when in fact if she was doing her job she would have looked at my receipt correctly and knew the certain items she was looking for were on my receipt. These items rang up as not on there since they were food items they didn’t ring up the same on the receipt. She could have been nicer about the mistake but she was rude instead.

We to this location not our Fairlawn stopped in to pick-up items and grabbed a bite to eat, omg the cashier didn't change her gloves at all she handles the money and food I got the pizza combo got sick sick C diff sick.
