If you want to join a club I suggest Sam's Club it is the best in my opinion because it has everything you would ever want you can shop while your car is getting fixed but remember to be a member it will cost you money every year to be that member and if you qualify for there credit card there are all kind of extra benefits so go check them out

Grocery pick-up went horribly wrong. Raised to 3 stars because Manager did his best to fix it, but I was definitely put out and furious.

I left a message for the store manager, Shane, 3 hours ago. He was on a conference call. LOL. I just called back and was on hold for 8 minutes, before I hung up. ( How many times could you walk through the whole store in 8 minutes and locate Shane that way?) He has no voice mail to leave a message. You just wait. The operator has no radio to get in touch with him. Why?

some bull, i was there today never any issues. know your associates messed wirh my food card so max attempts or something happened and they blocked my food card. this is ridiculous. and everyone in my fsmily will give you 1 star reviews for forcing emt o pay out of pocket.

Prob. not going to renew. Other commenters have said (correctly) that it takes longer to get OUT of the store after checking out than it does to check out. That's not cool, Sam's.

I love Sam's club. Scan and go is one of the greatest apps of all time. It is the main reason why I prefer Sam's Club over Costco.

What an irritating store - you walk into the place while getting a cart and you have the super secret Sams Club Membership and secret decoder ring evaluator that asks for your membership card like you’re going to gain access to their elusive club and get away with something. If that doesn’t do it, every 25ft you have some employee either trying to sell you new electric service, sign up for one of their outrageous APR credit cards, or buy new cell phones. Half the time the scanners and checkouts don’t work, and you have “The Warden” who circles the checkouts like a shark and eyes the self checkouts like everybody is stealing. Maybe bring back cashiers and get rid of your self checkouts. Oh, but wait! Like a slap chop commercial - there’s more! On your way out, less than 50ft where you checkout, you have the exit door pirates who have to scan EVERYTHING in your cart like you are some thief. I will not be renewing my membership coming up as I HATE this store! From one business owner to another, fire your entire store, the employees, and yourself while you are at it, and go back to the way things were before the store nazis took over in Covid.

We have been a member since 2006. Over the last 3 years they have been charging my credit card for yearly auto renewal for someone else’s account yet want me to pay to renew. I have to deal with this each year as they want me to pay twice because I can’t make purchases without paying to renew. I cannot get help, as Sam’s store and corporate refuse to help insisting they have not charged us but then they credit me once I go to customer service and show the credit card statement. With BJs & Costco right next door you would think they would care enough to save a customer but apparently they don’t care about losing a 17 year long customer. I am cancelling and will not renew.

Although there are deals and bulk I want to convey that there are cash registers that take only cards and there are registers for cash only. I thought that was the most absurd thing. I think all registers should take both especially after scanning a whole cart load and finding this out and was told to go to cash lane to have my items scanned again!!! Very upset
