I walked into the Sheetz on tusc to claim the free tumbler reward that it was offering in the app, and it says to go ask an employee to claim the free gift. When we walked in and kindly asked the employee all she did was look at us with her hand on her hip and said “okay, they are over there I think” and pointed to a Random corner, as she was going to try to give us the normal cups you could get off the shelf and not the actual cup that is the reward. She did not bother to at least try to look or show any sympathy either, unfortunately I did not get her name, I wish I did but she was one of the managers I believe.

So, I came into the store with my grandmother and we both ordered grilled cheese. Our grilled cheeses were barely even grilled, more like lightly toasted, it tasted like eating just a cold cheese and bread sandwich. Some advice, go to the Sheetz on Erie, they do 100x better and the employees don’t give you dirty looks.

Sheetz is hands down the worst gas station in the area. Or at least the employees are. This is based solely on delivery orders and doesn’t really take into account the really mediocre food.
Every time I order from here they get some part of my order wrong. Substituting full sugar pop for the zero or diet I ordered. Sending me a vanilla milkshake instead whatever flavor I ordered. Sending me a 99 cent pack of the wax covered donuts when I ordered the $4 cream filled donuts. Replacing a good protein cookie with a cheap knock off chalk dust protein bar.
Or the other times where they don’t replace it at all. Just a sticker that says “we didn’t want to leave you hangin’ so we replaced it with ———. Nothing. I’m hungry, now I get two drinks for dinner. I’m thirsty and I get only the wrong pretzel with enough salt to replenish that lake in Utah. My girlfriend wanted something to eat also, but we get one sandwich and now have to order food from somewhere else.
All of this on ANY delivery app with the receipt attached to my bag with the correct items on the order. Any bother to call and let me know they’re out and ask if I’d like to make a change like all the other gas stations around? Never. Whoever is in charge of fulfilling the online orders at Sheetz needs to find a new career path. Perhaps one that doesn’t require a whole lot of thinking.
It’s gotten to the point that I pick certain items just to get the free delivery because I know I’m going to get a refund for something. It’s THAT reliably bad. In fact, I think I’ve gotten more money refunded from Sheetz than I’ve spent there.

So Saturday August 10th I came into this Sheetz after a concert, it was after 10pm. I ordered a milkshake & as I stood waiting for my milkshake that took over 20 mins, I people watched. I watched the Cashier check everyone out, a lot of ppl were in buying alcohol & tobacco, not 1 time did the cashier ID these people. Then in comes a man (African American) who wanted to buy alcohol, he was ID’d, he didn’t have his ID so he left. Right after he left the cashier continued to check ppl out (Caucasian) not requesting any identification from them. I’m disappointed & sick to my stomach from what I seen. Why ID the black man but not the white men? This is the ppl Sheetz employs? He looked like a manager btw, also Caucasian. I’m late on my review because i hesitated writing one, but this hasn’t sat well with me since. Sheetz needs to do something about this ASAP or it’ll go further than they expect. I’m not a fan of discrimination, that was wrong of the worker. Cameras need to be pulled & reviewed of that night & that manager needs held responsible!!! I will be contacting corporate & other outlets regarding this issue. I will not come back to this Sheetz whatsoever & I’ll make sure everyone knows how they operate.

Walked in and ordered 2 milkshakes. The employee scanned the ticket and started making them. 10 minutes later he finishes but handed them to someone else. Didn’t call a number or name just handed them to someone. I didn’t realize they were mine so I didn’t say anything. After standing there for literally 30 minutes he comes up to me and asks what the name was for the order. I showed him the same ticket he just scanned. And that’s when he realized he messed up and remade them taking yet another 10 minutes to do. For almost an hour I stood there waiting for 2 milkshakes. I work at an ice cream shop. It takes me less than 5 for me to make 3 milkshakes. YOU NEED ANOTHER EMPLOYEE SPECIFICALLY FOR THE REGISTER. This is every time I go into Sheetz I’m there for far too long waiting on food.

Every single time you go to this location after 10pm you are waiting at minimum 20 minutes. Sometimes 45 minutes just for a milkshake.

Please stop hiding frozen drinks behind the counter (happens with online and in-store orders) and give us a damned way to get refunds when the store doesn't have/package all online order items. The way I see it, this location owes me money and I won't be placing food orders here anymore

Went there this morning. While waiting, I went to use the bathroom. While doing that I almost threw up from how disgusting it was. It doesn't look like it's been cleaned in days. I think someone should step up and get this cleaned better and start cleaning A LOT more.

It was obviously a shift change. The manager was outside smoking. One guy left. Another came in. He went over to help a customer. The manager walks back in , up to the employee and says " I thought Todd was working. What's this, a no call no show???" And the guys says "I am Todd." She was immediately dismissive and told him to make shakes. Then he goes over to make the shakes and the manager goes over and she's condescending and rude and explained how to make the milkshake but in the rudest way. That's not how you treat people. That's not how you train employees or make em want to stay. And that is certainly not how you manage. That was disgusting.

They’re good but I waited over an hour for a milkshake & hot chocolate then they got it wrong . They almost always have a long wait.
