I shop here all the time good selections for the whole family but I wasn't happy about no return or exchange on the red dot items 🤔 because they were not that MUCH discounted but I will still shop there nice staff by the way 😉

I attempted to buy my elderly mother shoes , but they did not fit , so i immediately returned them . Her bank showed both transactions ( the purchase and the return ) as pending everyday until the 28. On the 28 it showed the purchase which took the amount out of her bank , but the pending transaction for the refund disappeared. The bank stated that the only way that could happen is if the store cancelled the transaction. When I attempted to get resolution the ONLY answer given was to wait 5-7 business days - they would not listen to the fact that the bank was telling us that the merchant cancelled the transaction .
I spend alot of my money in the past at this store - but I will NOT shop here no more given the mannerism in which this has been handled - even at the corporate level . They have the product - they have my mom’s money : that is , in essence , theft . .. and If they do not REISSUE that refund - I will pursue it legally .

Every single time I try to come here they are closed. It’s like this store makes up its own hours. Just tried to go in at 6:53. & they are closed even though the sign on the door says 7:00. Extremely annoying. I will be contacting corporate.

I really did enjoy this store it has lots to look at and to choose from. My cashier was nice, helpful when I asked which section was for women shoes.
