If I could give a 0 I would. Purchased a storage unit at auction and paid for it. 2 mins. Later get a message that the sale has been cancelled. They tell you the owner of the unit paid up their rent. Within 2 mins? Right. I won't be doing business with them again and I encourage others to think twice before doing so.

I used to love this storage unit until my schizophrenic ex was allowed access to live in my unit and steal all my tools. Was even given his own key to my locks by their maintenance man when I have a restraining order against the ex. Unacceptable but as far as the location and the units they are great as long as they keep the homeless and psychopaths out from stealing people's things!

During my time renting a unit at this location, there have been positives and negatives. Without experience elsewhere to compare to, I can only state it as it has been here thus far.
The facility is fenced in, requiring a gate code to enter, which is nice. However, the fence has large gaps under it in a couple areas. They're large enough for someone to get under, but unauthorised vehicles can't get in. When I started renting a unit in January, there were no security cameras but I was told by a few customer service reps more than once that they will be adding that within the month, I have yet to see if they have done so.
The facility isn't in the nicest location, and is surrounded by houses on a couple sides. But the units within the fenced area are easy to get to and there is a good amount of space to maneuver vehicles through the rows of units. Also note, this is an outdoor storage facility, the units are not inside of a building.
The grounds were not maintained in the winter weather, so it was very slippery and difficult to access units without falling. There was a vehicle that got stuck in the snow there one night.
Any time I have had to call customer service they are always friendly and helpful, easily understood and understanding. They are always quick to respond to an issue and attempt to assist you. Liza helped me a couple of days ago, and before that, Giselle helped me multiple times.
Prices here seem decent in comparison to other similar facilities. There was also a special offer for the first month for new renters. There were various sizes of units available at this facility.

Would give zero stars if I could. This place is dirty and has incompetent staff. Here's why:
1. The unit itself was covered in caked on dirt or dried up mud.
2. In the first week of me having a unit here they deactivated my code and I had to get a new one only to find out the phone line was closed and I had to wait until the next day.
3. The second month my unit was broken into. They put a new lock on it and Tell me it will take 3 to 5 business days to be contacted by management to get back into my unit. I was told because of the break in that I would be contacted same day by a part time employee that was at his day job the same day (LIE).
I'm still waiting to get into my unit as of the time of writing this and once I do I'm moving my belongings to another storage facility. If you plan on storing your belongings somewhere safe find somewhere else.

I have had a great experience with renting and communication with customer service with my units. Representative Clouie helped me with customer supporti also had help from Liza and her supervisor Clark great appreciation to them both !!!
