Okay. I've tried being patient with these people, but enough is enough.
The units themselves are fine. They are in good condition. The praise ends there.
The office hours are terrible.
On top of the office hours being bad, they seldom actually respect the office hours. Too many times have they left early.
The final nail on the coffin is the fact that my pin changed at random. I have things I need to store. Now I have to sit here with these things taking up trunk and back seat space for two days while I wait for the office to actually do their job because apparently the PIN got changed in the system without us asking for it, and ONCE AGAIN! THEY DECIDED TO LEAVE EARLY! So they couldn't change it. (Edit: The pin did not change. Idk. I honestly do not know.)
Terribly managed unit, and very unprofessional. To say the office is lazy would be an understatement. Would not recommend. Only reason I'm still tolerating them is due to a lack of better options.
P.S. I don't know this for sure, but I am confident those cameras are cheap fakes. Other reviews claim this as well, but wifi cameras do exist people. Still something to be mindful of since enough people have claimed this.

Yeah, I'm not exactly sure what the policies are here but if you are open from 5am to 10Pm then why would someone have to rush to pay the $25 right now at 11 o'clock am because you don't know if you will be there in 30 minutes?

I accidentally left 40$ on the front desk and that’s all I had left for dinner for my kids. I called them to get my money back and they keep denying I left it there when I told myself to remember to grab it. How am I supposed to think my stuff will be safe here if they are stealing my money I accidentally left there?

First off the hours that are listed or false they're never in she comes in for maybe two hours and then leaves and if you need her she will not come back they put their locks on my storage units when they were paid up and now she's trying to raise the rates on me and supposed to be sending me a letter to get my stuff out do not rent from this place horrible customer service and the cameras I found out her fake so your stuffs not protected and if it gets broken into there's nothing you can do because the cameras are fake

If I could select 0 stars I would. We took our beautifully renovated RV there and had someone cut off 3 feet of our muffler. She straight up told us "the cameras back there are on 24/7" and today when we confronted her with the damages she said they are FAKE CAMERAS. Their contract also states they have insurance and then in the fine print in the back says although they have insurance for their establishment it's NOT for liability with your belongings. They aren't liable for any damages. Yet the first part of the contract says they do have insurance- worded completely to manipulate. We filed a police report and our insurance company is going after them. But if you have anything there get it out, and if you are looking for a storage place DONT USE THEM. I think this is the first time I've ever Yelp reviewed a company. I just don't want anyone's belongings that they love to be destroyed by these selfish people.

They help me out when I needed storage since I could not move into my apartment right away.I only use their storage facility for a month but would recommend their services to anyone as they are top-notch and wonderful to work with.

Can't say I like or dislike. You need storage you got it. I would definitely call before you plan on making your monthly rental payment and pay at least a few days before due just in case they're not in the office. Also, the sign says "rent from me use our truck for free", not a completely true statement. Must have full coverage and down payment of at least $100, and obviously pay for gas you use. Just an FYI.
