Bought 5 car washes for $30 and the wash was out of paper. Went in the store. They could not help me. Left information for the manager to call me on Monday. Went in there on Wednesday. Told that they could not help me without exact date and time. Went home and got my credit card statement with the transaction on it. That was not enough either. I just need a carwash code. Had to call corporate to get a refund. Your best to stay away from this location. Took 3 trips to the store and still could not get this resolved. Very unhelpful.

I have finally quit going to this $peedway, where I went for many years. If the card reader actually works, the receipt printer doesn't, so you have to go inside to get a receipt.
Most poorly maintained self service pumps I ghave EVER used.

Worst customer service ever received by an employee named Katie at this location! Rude unprofessional and uncalled for. She even threw my purchased items at me!

I stopped in for a quick fill up and a car wash. I used my credit card because I did not want to wait in a line when I am in a hurry and also purchased a car wash. The machine was out of paper so I had to go in and wait in line anyways. The cashier gave me my receipt and ask me if I new the car wash was out of order. How am I suppose to know if it is or is not working? Why even offer a wash at the machine if it is out of order.
So much for a quick stop.

The Speedway on Hills & Dale's in Canton, OH is the greatest Speedway on Earth! Everyone that works there is so super nice & friendly! Shout out to Tammy G. & Brenda for being so awesome and cool, even when they are the only ones working! You guys are the best!

Worse speedway ever. Small store. Tried to get pizza and drink special for 3.50. Rang up 5.69. Cancel the order. Just get the 1.00 big gulp. Rang up 1.69. Guy taking order won’t do anything about it cus it’s just how the machine rings up. Ok by by

Terrible management especially the one manager Jesse Baker. He steals money from people lies about his work experience and overall isn't a good person. Wouldnt go in there when he's working.

the sign on the counter reads no LOOSE change I had rolled coins like you get from the bank. The only store that dose this so don't be trying to buy stuff with a roll of quarters.

Bathrooms are horribly disgusting. Both of them! We stood in line for gas for 20 minutes while one lady is moving back and forth between 2 registers. All the while there is a manager and some bearded guy with a speedway/711 shirt on just chattin it up like nobody is waiting in line. Must be nice to have a job where you get paid and don't have to do anything other than watch other people work. Place just keeps getting worse and worse.

Just came in and they didn’t won’t to take the time to make the food I wonted to purchase so they said they didn’t cook food on the weekends. Really need better Customer service.
