We switched from another company to T-Mobile a few years ago and have been more than delighted with the service we have received at the 30th St. store. Most recently my husband was having a few issues with his phone. The first rep we dealt with was Matt who tried cleaning unwanted junk out of the phone, made a few changes, answered several questions and sent us on our way hoping this would resolve the problem and save us the expense of a new phone. I appreciated his honesty and patience. Unfortunately the problem returned and off to 30th St. we went. This rep, Ryan was equally patient and extremely helpful. End result we bought a new phone. My husband and I are Senior citizens and not very tech savvy. Both young men explained things in a manner and speed we could comprehend. They both have been extremely helpful and represent the company very well It has been a pleasure doing business with T-Mobile.

Very nice employees. I had John and Matt help me. They were very helpful and completely set up my new phone for me. And also put my screen protector and phone case on.

On September 15 I pre-ordered the iPhone 15 pro and I was told I’ll get $200 per port in number and now they tell me I don’t qualify for it. Very poor customer service management and I wish I would’ve never when thought this Company. It’s been hell since I got my phones. If I knew this I would have never moved Service providers.

Manager MATT he was very RUDE to us and I reported him to t-mobile customer service because he didn't take our protection plan off like I ask him to he only take off 2 not 3 and so I called t-mobile and reported him ???

Just recently switched from Verizon to T-mobile at the Canton store. The store manager Matt worked to get us connected with T-mobile and Wi-Fi service. We saved money and received excellent service ! Just call us Satisfied Customers. Thanks Matt and T-mobile !

Tabitha helped me out. she stayed late instead of closing on time so that she could guarantee I had my 5G death ray made in Vietnam. there are hurdles in the way the whole time but she stepped them all absolute professional the CEO should fly her out to New York City and hold a news conference about her successes and her new promotion in fact it should be named Tabitha mobile and I'd like to think that she's making a difference.

What a scam says they will pay off your phone all over the commercials and promotions talked to the chat bot thing on the page and told me it was all good to go and I went into this store and they told me they won’t pay off AT&T phones or plans because YOU have to do that then you can’t get the new iPhone until after a month of your old phone….if this isn’t a scam just like the other guys I don’t know what is !!!

Horrible Employee did not even try to help. Gave me a piece of paper and sent me on my way. Told him how upset I was, but I guess he would rather sit and do nothing. That's what he was doing before I came in. No customers, but no help either. I use to go into this store when Derrick was there. I won't go back. Your employees do not want to help.

Hands-down this is the best cellular phone store I have ever been to. I consolidated my accounts from Verizon and AT&T and have never been treated so well and had such service, even though my account was activated by my business rep. Katie, the store manager is awesome, Christian the assistant manager is also awesome, and Lacey the account rep is awesome as well. Everyone was so pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. They fixed things on my phones that other stores were not able to do. They treated me with the utmost respect and offered endless assistance. I highly recommend this location.
